Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour (or almond flour for gluten-free)
  • ¾ cup water or milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ¾ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss cauliflower in the batter and spread evenly on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Mix buffalo sauce with melted butter. Toss baked cauliflower in the sauce and bake for 5 more minutes.
  5. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing!
