Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

- ¾ cup water or milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- ¾ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss cauliflower in the batter and spread evenly on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Mix buffalo sauce with melted butter. Toss baked cauliflower in the sauce and bake for 5 more minutes.
- Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing!
