  • ¼ cup sliced jalapeños
  • ¼ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • ¼ cup guacamole

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss sweet potato slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  3. Sprinkle cheese over baked chips and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
